You can be sure of a warm welcome at The Black Bull Inn, which is located at the west end of Lowick Village Main Street in the midst of the beautiful North Northumberland countryside.  We are centrally and conveniently situated for Holy Island, The Cheviots, The Historical Town of Berwick upon Tweed, as well as the Scottish Border.

We offer an excellent range of fine ales, wines and spirits in our spacious Main Bar and Lounge, which has an adjoining Pool Room and cosy Snug.  We have a comfortable and spacious 64 seat Dining Room, (together with a large conservatory), in which we serve a selection of sensibly priced meals (Please view our menus).  Children are welcome and we serve a selection of 'Kiddies' Main Meals at only £3.50.

All produce is sourced with 'food miles' being part of our selection criteria and local is best in our eyes.

We source as much of our meats, fresh fruit and vegetables as possible from
“Farm to Freeze” in Wooler

Sunday Lunch Main Courses are £6.50, Pensioner's portions are £4.50 and sweets are from £3.50.

On Wednesday afternoons we serve "Pensioner's Lunches" with a choice
of Main Courses priced at £4.00 and a selection of Sweets at £1.50.
